The 2023 World Championship series headlines with the World Final being staged at Nutts Corner Raceway, Co.Antrim, on Sat 2-Sept, for the first time ever.
Qualification
The UK mainland qualification series commences at King’s Lynn on its traditional date, the first Saturday in March, with a further 13 qualifying rounds from St.Day in the South West, up to Crimond in the north of Scotland. The Semi-Finals, featuring the top 56 drivers from the qualification points-chart, will be held at Mendips Raceway, Bristol, on Sun 5-Aug. Drivers from N.Ireland and Mainland Europe will qualify in their usual manner through local points charts.
Last Chance Qualifier
In keeping with the unique staging of the event, the Consolation Semi-Final will be replaced in 2023 with a Last-Chance Qualifier (LCQ) to be held as part of the World Final meeting on Sat 2-Sept. The LCQ will be run in graded order, and open to the top 36 available non-qualifiers from the semi-finals (UK) & points-tables (NI and NL). Drivers from N.Ireland and Mainland Europe will be able to compete in the LCQ for the first time.
