BriSCA Micro F2 would like to remind all teams of Rule 3 Engines – where it states that a BriSCA Micro F2 official is permitted to remove an engine for inspection and re-dyno testing as any time. When this occurs the team will be given a BriSCA donor engine to use in the intervening period, whilst the engine is sent to the official BriSCA supplier.
 
These checks are done on a purely random basis during the season.
 
Following a recent check on the #46 Nico Tye engine BriSCA Micro F2 can confirm that the engine is all as originally supplied and conforms in all aspects to the Technical Specifications. BriSCA Micro F2 would like to thank Team #46 for their full cooperation and understanding that these random checks are purely to ensure a level playing field for all.
