The grid line-up has been set for the 2023 BriSCA F2 Stock Cars World Championship Final taking place at Nutts Corner Raceway, Co.Antrim on Saturday 2nd Sept.
Gordon Moodie (#7) and Charlie Guinchard (#183) claimed their front row starting positions by way of wins in their respective Semi-Finals at Mendips Raceway, with the drivers from Semi-Final #1 taking the inside line on the grid courtesy of the win by Chris Burgoyne (#647) in the meeting final on Semi-Final day.
Drivers from Northern Ireland and Mainland Europe will take part in time-trials on World Final day to determine their grid positions on rows 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18. Those drivers not successful in their Semi-Final, un-used Semi-Final reserves, and additional Northern Irish and European drivers will compete in a Last Chance Qualifier on the day to fill the remaining spots on rows 16, 17 and 19.
Having not raced in his Semi-Final, 2022 World Champion David Polley (#1) has the right to start from the rear of the grid in order to defend the title.
